1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synqd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Synqd connects people through music. We compute Music DNA from listening habits, assign sonic archetypes, and facilitate compatible social connections. The service is currently in early-access / waitlist mode.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Synqd respectfully and honestly. You will not impersonate others, create fake profiles, harass users, attempt to bypass safety controls, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
4. Music and Profile Data
Your music data must come from your own legitimate streaming accounts. Compatibility scores and archetypes are for discovery and entertainment; they are not guarantees of relationship outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Synqd name, logo, frequency visualization, and archetype system are proprietary. User-generated content remains yours, with a license granted to Synqd for display within the platform.
